Shadowing in the health sector

Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, Jan Hendrik Röhl demonstrated remarkable dedication to his research. He embarked on a valuable work shadowing experience at Evangelisches Krankenhaus Oldenburg, where he had the opportunity to closely observe and interact with nurses, gaining deep insights into their roles and responsibilities. This experience significantly informed his research work and enhanced his understanding of the healthcare sector. Additionally, Jan successfully established a close collaboration with Oldenburg Hospital (2022 - present), further emphasising the importance of hands-on experience and fostering connections within the medical community.
