The University of Oldenburg must receive a complete application from you by 12 midnight of the last day of the applicable deadline. The date of the postmark will not be taken into account.

Application for the 2026/2027 winter semester
The online application applies to all dual-subject Bachelor’s degree programmes at the University of Oldenburg that are subject to admission restrictions.
For Bachelor's degree programmes in subjects with restricted admission, however, please register at hochschulstart.de and then apply via the University of Oldenburg’s application portal.

Until 15 July, you can use the online application here for dual-subject Bachelor’s degree programmes with restricted admission to the first and subsequent semesters, and for specialised Bachelor’s degree programmes with restricted admission to subsequent semesters.
This deadline also applies if only one of your chosen subjects has restricted admission.
Students at the University of Oldenburg who wish to make a change of degree programme or subject with restricted admission must also apply via the application portal.
After completing the online form, you will receive the proposal for enrolment as a printable file. Send this together with the listed documents to the University of Oldenburg by the deadline .
