Additional information:
The proposal for an animal experiment project can only be submitted via the Animal Welfare Officer of the University of Oldenburg.
This person checks whether all factual and formal requirements are met. After consulting with the applicant, the Animal Welfare Officer will prepare a statement on the animal experiment project and forward the complete animal experiment application to the State Office for Consumer Protection and Food Safety (LAVES).
Please submit all documents in duplicate with original signatures. One copy will be sent to the LAVES, another will remain with the animal welfare officers. The animal welfare officers also require an electronic version (PDF, signed) of the complete proposal by email.
Please do not change the format template of the proposal. Please use the latest version of the proposal from the LAVES website. For example, do not delete any working points or parts of sentences, even if they do not apply to your proposal.
