The term of office of the current Representative for Employees with Disabilities ends on 30 November 2026.

The electoral committee is responsible for duly preparing and conducting the election of Representatives for Employees with Disabilities in accordance with Section 177 of Book Nine of the Social Code (SGB IX) in conjunction with the Electoral Regulations for Representatives for Employees with Disabilities (SchwbVWO). In accordance with Section 2(1) of the SchwbVWO, the Electoral Committee is responsible for organising and conducting the election.

We would like to point out that all announcements by the Electoral Committee in connection with the election for the Representative for Employees with Disabilities, in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of SGB IX in conjunction with the Electoral Regulations for the Representative for Employees with Disabilities (SchwbVWO) and made available electronically on this website of the Election Committee, supplemented by notice on the notice board.
