Governance
The WiZArD Centre has a transparent and balanced governance structure designed to ensure close cooperation and equal representation across the participating faculties.
The Centre Council serves as the central governing body of the centre. The Centre Council is based on equal representation from the participating faculties, consisting of an equal number of professors from Faculties II, V, and VI.
Each faculty appoints two members and two deputy members to the Centre Council. From among these members and deputy members, the Council elects a Director and two Deputy Directors, ensuring that each participating faculty is represented by either a Director or a Deputy Director.
The members and deputy members of the Centre Council are confirmed by their respective faculties at the beginning of each election period. Following this confirmation, the Council elects its leadership in accordance with procedures set out in the centre’s Rules of Procedure, which are defined by the founding members.
