We have no registration fee. Meals during the conference will be covered for admitted and registered participants. 

Admission
The selection committee will review all registrations and provide you with feedback on admission by 22 December 2024.

The meeting facilitates discussion and networking. All participants are expected to contribute a poster or short talk to spark discussion.

A limited number of travel scholarships for doctoral and Master's students are available on a competitive basis. If you would like to apply, please explain your funding situation below and state your motivation for attending the session.
All food served during the symposium is vegetarian or vegan. Please let us know if you have any additional dietary requirements.
