...I sign employment contracts with (future) employees. I'm also #UOL because I signed up for almost every tour in the anniversary year. I think it's great that this programme exists. It gives you an insight into all the great things we do here at the university.

...that in the vast majority of cases I am the person with the good news. Only very, very rarely does something not work out. The nice thing about my job is that I have lots of positive encounters and work in a collegial team.

...spring. Every year I look forward to the moment when the start of term and the beginning of spring meet and the Mensa forecourt fills up with people again. That's also when the student union's ice-cream van comes out again, which I love to take advantage of.

...the photographer Daniel Schmidt. I recently observed him on a guided tour of the library, which he accompanied. I think his job is really exciting because he gets to know the university as a whole and from very interesting angles.

...that it will continue to be such a constant in the region. However, I also hope that the university can be a little more open to new approaches in the area of administration.
