You can use this form to request a key for the media cupboard.

Here’s how it works:

• Please complete the form below. Please submit your request at least two working days before the event begins, as we cannot guarantee timely processing otherwise.
• We will let you know by email whether a suitable key is available for the requested date. The key is only definitively reserved for you once you have received confirmation.
• You must collect the reserved key from the University Library’s Central Information Desk before the event begins, presenting your identity card. Please note the opening hours.
• Once you have madea one-off reservation, please returnthe key immediately after the event to the University Library’sCentral InformationDesk or by placing it in the return slot in the library foyer.
• Please use only the original adaptors supplied by your laptop manufacturer, as this is the only way to ensure that our systems function correctly!
