Funding will be provided for research projects and implementation measures that strengthen women in science, research and innovation by increasing their visibility as high performers and/or publicising them as role models, increasing the representation of women, investigating the underlying mechanisms or supporting the implementation of corresponding research results. In particular, science-practice dialogues and innovative information technology presentation methods and formats should also be used to recognise the achievements and successes of women and to structurally anchor measures to increase their visibility and representation.
