Mentoring Programme for First-Year Students

With the study-accompanying mentoring programme, the Institute of Chemistry aims to support, accompany, and advise first-year students during their first two semesters of study. The goal is to address the heterogeneity at the beginning of their Bachelor’s degree and to facilitate the entry into studies for first-year students, among other objectives.

Consultation regarding study abroad opportunities

Studying with Children

Students with children and/or pregnant students can rely on a support system at the Institute of Chemistry. The subject-specific academic advising provides individual guidance to students and assists in adjusting their course of study.

To ensure optimal health protection for pregnant and breastfeeding students, students should register their pregnancy/breastfeeding via Stud.IP. More information can be found under: Maternity Protection for Students.
