We are a colourful team of MTV, WiMi and students. We have been working across status groups and faculties since 12/2023 on a solution to support a wide variety of employees at our university in the flexibilisation of digital teaching.

... "do you have this thing again (meaning the cable adapter that transfers USB-C connections to HDMI) for teaching?"

OR

"Phillip, I need another microphone so that the students in Big Blue Button can hear me better."

These are statements that have been heard many times since the university resumed face-to-face teaching.

At the same time, many of us complain about too many emails for arrangements that could previously be made in the office with a short walk to the neighbouring office. We want to tackle this problem by making access to work devices more flexible for everyone with a centralised, adaptive, scalable solution.
