School III utilises the study quality funds provided by the State of Lower Saxony in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Presidential Board and the Lower Saxony Higher Education Act.

The study quality funds allocated to the university are made available in accordance with a distribution model for central measures and for improving study and teaching within the Schools. This model is based on the teaching workload undertaken in the respective module.

The funds allocated to School III are also distributed to the School’s institutes and departments in accordance with an internal School allocation model. The current model was adopted by the Studies Commission at its meeting on 2 July 2025 and by the Faculty Council at its meeting on 3 September 2025.
