Apart from dinner, all meals will be provided during the conference. Please let us know about dietary requirements and/or allergies

Dinner

Instead of having a traditional conference dinner, we will go to a German Christmas market. This will be at your own costs, so please bring some cash (paying by credit card is not possible everywhere)

Accommodation

We have booked double rooms and some single rooms (limited! Shared bathroom, see camping boxes) in Villa Viva. By default, we will put you into a double room with bathroom. Unfortunately, these rooms only have double beds (don’t worry, no shared blankets). If this is not feasible for you, please let us know, so we can find a good solution!

Photo permission

During the event, we will take photos and would use some of these photos for reporting on the event (e.g. on the SFB 1372 website, in the newsletter) and for public relations work (website/social media and in printed materials). The names of the persons depicted will never be mentioned or linked.

Terms and Conditions

My name, affiliation and e-mail address can be added to the conference mailing list to inform me about changes.
My name and affiliation can also be printed on the conference participants list and name tags which will be open to see at the conference
If I cancel the symposium after October 15th or do not show up without a reasonable excuse (e.g. medical certificate or such), I will pay the cancellation fee of 250€
I have read the privacy notice and consent to the processing of my personal data by the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg for organising my participation, as described in the privacy notice
