Travel information
The course will start at the ICBM in Wilhelmshaven. Participants are expected to arrive on Saturday, August 10, in the afternoon.
The closest international airport is Bremen. Bremen is connected to bigger international airport by shuttle flights. From Frankfurt or Hamburg, there is a also a fast train connection to Bremen.

From Bremen to Wilhelmshaven

From Bremen airport to Bremen main station (Hauptbahnhof, Hbf): tram #6 (16 min travel time)
From Bremen main station to Oldenburg: by train (about 30 min), change train in Oldenburg
From Oldenburg to Wilhelmshaven: In the morning and afternoon, trains are operating as scheduled (shuttle bus service starts at 18.02) Trains leave OL trai station (Hbf) every hour from 5:36 until 17:36 and arrive 48 min later at WHV Hbf.
From Wilhelmshaven station to ICBM: from the station, the local bus line #6 (direction to K.-W.-Brücke/Südstrand, every 20 min @ :14, :34; :54) takes you closer to your final destination. Leave the bus after a short ride (ca. 5 min) at stop "Kaiser-Wilhelm-Brücke/Südstrand", cross the historic bridge by foot and keep left to reach ICBM (about 1 km walking distance).
