Labour Day, May Day, day of struggle for the workers' movement: On 1 May 2026, the DGB and the individual trade unions are calling for nationwide rallies. This year's motto is "First our jobs, then your profits". In the city of Oldenburg , a political brunch will once again take place at 11:00 a.m. on the Rathausmarkt. The evening before, 30 April 2024, there will once again be rocking against the right on Schlossplatz from 19:00. The live acts will be there: Marderschaden, Queens&Jesters and Kafvka.
