Since 2019, the Chair of Human Resources and Organisation has been working with the Office for University and Trade Union Co-operation at the University of Oldenburg on issues relating to mobile working and working from home. The current practical project "Working between home and office", funded by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture, focuses on company and institutional regulations as well as training and further education programmes for good working from home.

The podcast series "Talk from the field" was recently launched. At irregular intervals, the project team publishes conversations with various players from the world of work on working from home. You can currently listen to the interview with Lina Völz, Chair of the General Staff Council of the Lower Saxony Chamber of Agriculture (LWK). In the podcast, Lina Völz talks about the organisation of a service agreement on mobile working/home office at the LWK, among other things.
