The establishment of hybrid workplaces goes hand in hand with new requirements for workplace concepts (e.g. saving office space), work organisation (e.g. remote management) and digitalisation (e.g. data security), which influence each other. As a continuation of the "Work between home and office" project, the opportunities, risks and design options of hybrid workplace models will be explored and communicated in the new future discourse. As part of the project, a practical conference is planned for 2023.
The practice-orientated future discourse "Hybrid workplaces - the normality of tomorrow" is funded by the Lower Saxony Ministry of Science and Culture and will run for 15 months. The Chair of Business Administration (Organisation and Human Resources) and the Office for University and Trade Union Co-operation are involved in the implementation.
