Points 1 and 2 of the annual study programme target agreements contain the measures for implementing the University of Oldenburg's Higher Education Pact/Future Contract for the respective academic year. Agreements are made on the financing of the capacity expansion (point 1.) as well as on the additional first-year student places in the first semester and their resulting admission capacities in the degree programmes concerned (point 2.).
