Concepts and procedures are discussed in an overarching working group in which all Schools, the C3L, the DiZ, the Staff Council and the Asta send representatives. The group is moderated by employees of the Department for Study Affairs.

The results of the discussions are presented to a steering group where they are discussed. The steering group prepares resolution recommendations for the Presidential Board. The Deans and Deans of Studies of all School, representatives of the C3L and DiZ Directorates, the Department for Study Affairs and the Staff Council work together in the steering group under the Chair of the Vice President for Studies, Teaching and International Affairs.

There are also other working groups in the Schools and institutions that deal with the organisation of the quality management system. The contact persons at the individual Schools are the Coordinators for Studies and Teaching.
