Textile teaching and learning lab

The Textile Teaching and Learning Lab invites pupils, students and teachers to explore everyday textile culture together. The learning centre is integrated into the teacher training programme for the school subject Textile Design. Textile didactics, education for sustainable development and aesthetic research form the theoretical background for practical work and research at the Institute of Material Culture.

As part of seminars, students test and research their practical projects with pupils and interested people of all ages.

The Textile Learning Lab is part of the Oldenburg Teaching-Learning Spaces (OLELA).
