Your personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of administration and implementation of the Reasearch and Travel Programs in Faculty 5 or in the Finance Department of the University of Oldenburg and will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for these purposes.
With regard to any payment-related data, it will be stored in Department 2 for 10 years in accordance with legal requirements. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. Further information on data protection, in particular on your rights as a data subject, can be found here.
