On 12 and 13 March 2025, a two-day workshop of the research platform "Social Dynamics in the Energy Transition" of the TEN.efzn project took place. Various organisational questions were initially on the agenda: How can the project team, which is spread across three research institutions (Sociological Research Institute Göttingen, University of Vechta and University of Oldenburg), work together profitably? What roles do doctoral candidates, post-docs and project leaders have? How can interdisciplinary co-operation with other research platforms dedicated to specific energy transition technologies be initiated and shaped constructively for all sides? On this basis, it was then possible to discuss interests and intersections in depth, agree on next steps and plan future joint work, particularly on the second day of the workshop. The TEN project team of the Organisation and Innovation working group would like to thank all participants for an entertaining and productive workshop and looks forward to many more opportunities for exchange and co-operation in the future!
