We request that proposals for the agenda , as well as draft resolutions and proposals to the institute council , be submitted to the Secretariat ( ) by Friday 21 August 2026 at the latest.
Draft resolutions and motions that have not been received by the deadline will be dealt with at the following meeting in accordance with Section 3(4) in conjunction with Section 5(3) of the General Rules of Procedure for the Governing Bodies of the University of Oldenburg.
