The research group has a WITec alpha300 system, which enables confocal Raman microscopy, atomic/magnetic force microscopy (AFM/MFM), and optical near-field microscopy (SNOM).

Three excitation wavelengths are available for Raman spectroscopy:

• 457 nm

• 532 nm

• 785 nm

In addition, the system is equipped with a spectrometer for the visible range and a near-infrared spectrometer.
