Application to the University of Oldenburg

School-leaving certificate in your home country

If you wish to study one of our degree programmes and have obtained your school-leaving certificate at a non-German-speaking institution, you must apply for your studies in Germany via the (fee-based) employment and service office for international applicants uni-assist e.V.. You can find information on how to apply in your own language on the website of this service centre.

Exchange students and foreign nationals with German university entrance qualifications

International students who would like to study in Oldenburg as part of an exchange programme (ERASMUS / university agreement) should first contact the International Office at their home university. This office then decides on a nomination and contacts the International Office (IO) of the University of Oldenburg. The application documents are sent directly to the IO.
