Conflicts and conflict dialogue - advisor Jutta Kersting, coconcept Bremen.

The topic of the workshop day (27.11.25) is conflicts and conflict discussions - but not as an exercise and role play, but in an interactive workshop with impulses, discussions and consultations we will explore where conflicts come from, why they are so stressful and how you can use them for yourself and your own work.

Advisor Jutta Kersting will offer the opportunity to meet via video conference before the leadership conference (end of October) in order to record the exact ideas and wishes of the leadership conference participants and include them in the workshop planning. The date for the video conference will be communicated by email.
