Once again this year, the Big Data in Medicine department was represented at this year’s openEHR conference, EHRCON26.
Firstly, Dr Lena Schell-Major presented the work of the Big Data in Medicine division within the Hearing4all Cluster of Excellence under the title: ‘Data Standardisation in Audiology: Insights from the Cluster of Excellence “Hearing4all.connects”’. She outlined the cluster’s work to date and explained the need for modelling in the field of hearing research. She also outlined the vision for the Open Data Space for Audiology, which is to be developed within the Cluster of Excellence.
Furthermore, openEHR Deutschland e.V. was founded at EHRCON26. One of the founding members is Pascal Biermann from the BDiM department.
We would like to thank openEHR International for the outstanding organisation of the conference and for the wonderful programme.
