The mOOWVe project, a research cooperation between the Oldenburg-Ostfriesischer Wasserverband (OOWV) and the University of Oldenburg, aims to improve the current mobility situation at the OOWV through various approaches.

In order to make the water board's vehicle fleet more efficient, a fleet management system and the possibility of corporate car sharing are to be introduced. To this end, the mobility app "Fahrkreis", which emerged from the NEMo project, is also to be introduced and further developed. Furthermore, incentive mechanisms can be used to promote more sustainable mobility behavior.

It is planned to integrate the corporate car sharing service and the incentive mechanisms into "Fahrkreis" to create a supplementary mobility service for employees. Networking with commuters from other companies in the Wesermarsch region will enable larger car pools to be formed.
