Schreberzone
"The excellence of this music theatre lies in transforming the cultural suffering of discipline and form intellectually and aesthetically into pleasure."
Berliner Zeitung, 26/05/2011
"This is new, original, different music theatre at its best - intelligent, imaginative and - yes - loving ... "
Deutschlandfunk 04/2010
"Charmingly, a green cosmos is revealed in which something special is cultivated: Wisdom."
Berliner Zeitung, 20/05/2010
" ... incredibly clever and funny."
Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ), 22/04/2010
Zwölf Schwestern
" ... an inherently powerful production ... the direction and the actors' performances are the opposite of a well-behaved construct."
Ostthüringer Zeitung, 20 September 2011
"When the chaos reached its climax with the gluing of the auditorium and the song of Hansel and Gretel, this opening [of the UNIDRAM festival] ended in cheers and sheer enthusiasm."
Märkische Allgemeine Zeitung, 02.11.2009
"The "Werkstatt 2.8" theatre festival came to an impressive end. [ ... ] schindelkilliusdutschke from Berlin crossed a quirky Chekhov dismantling with their personal childhood memories in 'Zwölf Schwestern'."
Kleine Zeitung, Styria, 05.10.2008
Mondflucht
"The harmonic finesse with which the trio combines the pieces is breathtaking in terms of vocal technique, the result is both disturbing and enchanting. Much applause!"
Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung, 14/09/2010
"schindelkilliusdutschke have seduced us into an unusual intellectual adventure, on a cosmic journey into the peripheries of our own imagination."
ECHO Szczecina (Szczecin/PL), 12 May 2008
Passengers in the bowling alley
"This play is an invitation to marvel. It feels as if you were nine years old and had secretly drunk all the adults' shot glasses at Grandma's family party and then gone to the attic to discover all sorts of wondrous objects."
Berliner Zeitung, 12 May 2007
"Enchanted by the eccentric staging ideas and impressed by the sophisticated dramaturgy, the passengers leave the bowling alley only reluctantly. schindelkilliusdutschke has literally achieved a great success with this revue. All nine!"
Märkische Allgemeine, 06.06.2007
strike me - stroke me
"Their new piece 'strike me - stroke me' also offers highly artificial and humorous theatre born of music and sound, carried by the uninhibited joy of a trio in which musical skill is cheerfully paired with scenic imagination."
Der Tagesspiegel, 02.03.2006
"The chamber music theatre piece 'strike me - stroke me' takes us on an imaginative, subtle exploration tour through the world of striking and stroking."
Berliner Morgenpost, 23.02.2006

"Very refined, very musical, highly recommended. Especially for fans of theatre à la Marthaler."
RBB/Kulturradio ("Frühkritik" on 5 February 2005)
"In this good hour, virtuoso acting moments and virtuoso musical passages mingle to form a curious whole, and since I'm not really a critic, but a writer of comedies, I can only say: I'm jealous, because I laughed tears and heard good music."
David Gieselmann, theatre author and daily reporter on 4.2.2005 at the 100°-Berlin festival
