We would like to exchange ideas with you about the current situation in a discussion between teachers, students and organisers of the degree programme:
- Which topics are currently being worked on?
- Are there any overarching questions/problems that we should discuss?
- Are there any topics that could also be discussed more publicly, e.g. at a lunchtime talk?

Online survey: How have you been during the coronavirus lockdown?
The online survey "How have you been during the corona lockdown?" is closed. It is currently being analysed.
Lecturers and students of Gender Studies at the University of Oldenburg can register to view the initial results at the Gender Studies lecturer-student meeting next Wednesday, 8 July 2020, 12-14 noon via zfg(at)uol.de. The topics will also be discussed further there.

We cordially invite you to the online meeting of Gender Studies this semester:

We would like to talk to you about the current situation - studying, teaching, researching under corona conditions - in a discussion between teachers, students and organisers of the degree programme:
- How do the new conditions affect your situation?
- What lessons can we learn from the experiences of the summer semester for the coming winter semester? Which methods + tools have proved successful in teaching? Which ones have not?
- Are there any overarching questions/issues that we should discuss?
The impact of coronavirus is not the same for everyone. We are interested in what the situation is like for you specifically. That's why we have prepared an online survey in preparation. (The survey has already ended.)

We would like to discuss the current situation with you in a conversation between lecturers, students and organisers of the degree programme.
We would also like to focus on a topic that came up in the Gender Studies working group:
Examinations - written or oral? Are there too many written examinations? Or too few? What are the reasons for one or the other attitude?
We look forward to a lively discussion!
The meetings are always co-organised and supported by the Gender Studies student body; we would be delighted if you, as lecturers or students in the BA Gender Studies, would come along in large numbers.

Trans* film and lecture series
In co-operation with the ZFG, the FemRef and the AStA of the University of Oldenburg, the Gender Studies student body is organising a film and lecture series on the topic of trans* at Cine k.
The aim is to make films accessible to students and interested parties in order to give them the opportunity to engage with the topic of trans*. For this purpose, 4 films will be shown, the latter accompanied by a short lecture by Lou Kordts.
When selecting the films, particular attention was paid to the fact that trans* people were involved in the making or shooting process and that there is a sensitivity with regard to the representation of trans* realities of life.
