Farina studied chemistry and mathematics at the University of Oldenburg. After spending time abroad at the German School Oslo and the International School Sydney, she completed her traineeship at the Studienseminar Leer. She is currently a teacher at Albertus-Magnus-Gymnasium in Friesoythe and has also been involved in the chemistry didactics working group at the University of Oldenburg since the winter semester 2023/2024.
