Future Readiness - aspiration meets realisation

Future readiness is the imperative of our time: companies must anticipate change, withstand uncertainty and enable innovation. But how can the step from formulated aspiration to effective implementation be achieved? The event focuses on key areas of action and decisive levers; concrete solutions are made tangible through best and next practices.

Technological progress, demographic change, changing working environments and social uncertainty are increasing the pressure on companies to act. They are increasingly required to act in a forward-looking, adaptable and innovation-orientated manner. Future viability is not achieved through new management tools and techniques alone, but through adaptive structures, responsible leadership and a culture that recognises uncertainty as an opportunity.

The event offers space to jointly reflect on central fields of action and decisive levers of organisational sustainability and to develop them further in concrete terms - in a practical, dialogue-oriented manner and with a view to us as people in the system.
