We offer almost 100 programmes on an ongoing basis to qualify your employees for current challenges and prepare them for upcoming transformations. You can use our programme finder to search for suitable programmes. There you will also find more detailed information on the respective further education and part-time degree programmes. Our training portfolio currently includes these topics:
Digitalisation is changing business models and authorities - and
and brings with it a need for legal qualification
Online services, AI, data protection - the tasks of public administration are also changing rapidly with digitalisation. To help employees acquire legal expertise, Bremen's Department of Finance awards scholarships for the part-time Master's programme in Information Law. Education manager Nadine Dembski, head of training Robert Bauer and two scholarship holders provide insights into the degree programme.
"The Design Thinking and AI workshop helped us to organise innovation processes more effectively. It became clear where methods and technologies can provide support and where human judgement is indispensable. The trainer gave us a convincing professional introduction to design thinking - not as a rigid method, but as a flexible development tool. Not as an off-the-shelf workshop, but customised to our needs. All participants recommend the three-day workshop to others and take away one realisation for their daily practice: Don't always think in terms of solutions, but first understand the problem properly."

KDO Service GmbH, Head of Product Innovation Department
"For us, C3L is a partner at eye level. Before developing a programme, we first carry out a target analysis and develop a joint vision. Our specific requirements and expectations are addressed individually. I also appreciate the openness to innovation and field trials at the C3L - both among employees and lecturers. You simply realise that there is heart in it!
