20 years of C3L anniversary events

The future begins with education - trends and challenges

Our anniversary kick-off event combines 20 years of experience in lifelong learning with the common question of how education is shaping the future in times of AI, social change and new learning cultures - today and until 2050.

In a world that is changing faster than ever before, lifelong learning is no longer a luxury - it is a prerequisite for social participation, academic success and personal development. For 20 years, C3L has been supporting people from all stages of life, empowering them to shape change and opening up new perspectives.

The anniversary event tells the story of learning as a journey through a changing life - and how the C3L has helped to shape, inspire and develop this journey for two decades.

However, the education system has been undergoing many changes and disruptions for years; e.g. through AI, micro credentials, online study, private competition, flexibility, permeability, practical orientation, Gen Z, etc.

How do these developments and trends affect teaching and learning? How do organisations act and what solutions are found? What expectations do the target groups formulate? And what vision do we have of lifelong learning and further education in 2050?

Who is the event aimed at?

The event is aimed at decision-makers from science and politics, further education institutions, teachers, HR managers in companies, innovators and other interested parties.
