20 Years of C3L Events

Future Readiness - aspiration meets realisation

Future readiness is the imperative of our time: companies must anticipate change, withstand uncertainty and enable innovation. But how can the step from formulated aspiration to effective implementation be achieved? The event focuses on key areas of action and decisive levers; concrete solutions are made tangible through best and next practices.

Technological progress, demographic change, evolving working environments and social uncertainty are increasing the pressure on companies to take action. They are increasingly required to act with foresight, adaptability and a focus on innovation. Sustainability for the future does not arise from new management tools and techniques alone, but through adaptive structures, responsible leadership and a culture that views uncertainty as an opportunity.

This event provides a space to jointly reflect on and further develop key areas of action and crucial levers for organisational sustainability – in a practical, dialogue-oriented manner and with a focus on us as people within the system.

Keynote speech: Andreas Blomenkamp, business mediator
Most business successions do not fail because of the financial figures – but because of people, the individuals involved. Unresolved conflicts, differing views on leadership and resistance to change often stand in the way of a successful transformation. What are the key factors for success in the business succession process? How can emerging conflicts be identified at an early stage and managed constructively? What role does communication play, and why is a conscious transformation of leadership, culture and collaboration the key to a shared success story?

  • Organisational resilience: between crisis management and transformation

  • Identifying and harnessing innovation
