Brief description and objectives
The demands in the world of work, education and society are changing rapidly. In addition to digital developments and artificial intelligence, skills such as self-management, communication, collaboration, resilience, critical thinking and creative problem-solving are becoming increasingly important. For people who want to develop their careers, reorient themselves or take the next step towards higher education, these key future skills are becoming increasingly important.
The NextStep - Future Skills for Studies and Careers project is developing and trialling flexible learning opportunities that support the development of these skills. The aim is to strengthen participants in categorising new requirements more confidently, clarifying their own goals and developing perspectives for their future career path or possible studies.
The programmes are mainly provided online via the C3LLO learning platform. One focus is on self-study formats that can be completed flexibly and at your own pace. Blended learning programmes are also planned, which combine self-study phases with guided formats.
NextStep supports participants in building up new skills step by step, clarifying their own goals and developing prospects for their future career path or a possible degree programme.
