NextStep - Future skills for studies and career
Qualification for the energy and mobility transition & resource-conserving management
The FLOW project is currently developing easy access and flexible training courses on the topics of energy transition, mobility transition and resource-conserving management. From mid-2025 on, we will be offering the opportunity to qualify for the sustainable transformation, to experienced specialists with a vocational background and applicants from business and engineering fields. We are particularly addressing experienced professionals without a school-based university entrance qualification (e.g. A-levels), as well as migrants and refugees with previous professional and/or academic experience from non-EU countries living in Germany.
In our courses, a strong emphasis is put on hydrogen and wind energy topics. Additional learning units on managing sustainable projects and digital skills will gradually supplement the portfolio. The courses will mainly take place online in self-study and in supervised blended learning formats. In doing so, we can enable participants to engage in the courses in a highly flexible manner and thus easily incorporate their studies into their everyday work and life.
What can you expect?
NextStep offers you practical and flexibly designed learning programmes that can be easily integrated into your everyday life.
One focus is on online-based self-study formats that are provided via the C3LLO learning platform. This allows you to work on content flexibly and at your own pace.
In addition, selected blended learning programmes are planned that combine self-study phases with guided formats.
The specific offers will be developed and published step by step during the project progression. This will enable you to build up new skills step by step and become more confident in dealing with the demands of your academic appointment, further education or studies.
After successfully completing a module, you will receive a certificate that clearly shows the skills and ECTS points you have acquired.
NextStep is a target group-specific project programme for people who want to develop new perspectives for their academic appointments and possible studies.
