Teacher Education 2040: Dimensions of Teacher Professionalisation from an Interdisciplinary Perspective – Challenges, Models, Methods

The Presidential Board is funding a Research Training Group comprising ten PhD places as part of the newly established Research Academy at the Centre for Teacher Education – Didactic Centre.
The aim is to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration between subject-specific didactics, educational sciences and specialised subject disciplines in research relating to teacher education. The programme’s thematic scope is broad in order to facilitate links with existing potential and the creation of new synergies.

Applications may be submitted until 17 February 2020 by teams of university lecturers from at least two fields (subject didactics, educational science, specialised disciplines). Please submit complete proposals electronically to the VP-L Office, Rita Bartels:
