GENERAL INFORMATION
Prof Hildebrandt works in the Department of Neurology at Bremen East Hospital. His work there focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of patients in early neurological rehabilitation and on the diagnosis of patients in acute neurology.
His primary research focus is on neuropsychological rehabilitation (especially neglect and memory disorders), fatigue in multiple sclerosis and differential diagnosis of dementia syndromes.
At the CvO University of Oldenburg he teaches neuropsychological rehabilitation (including its methodological aspects) in the summer semester and alternately in the winter semester introduction to functional neuroanatomy on a clinical basis with a part 1 on vascularisation of the brain, localisation of cerebral infarcts, motor and sensory disorders, attention disorders and a part 2 on dementia and more cognitive disorders.
