Teaching in the Master's programme Molecular Biomedicine

We offer the 6KP module "Cellular and subcellular function" (gsw 020) in the Master's degree programme Molecular Biomedicine in the summer semester. We look at the structure, function and also selected pathologies of cells, basic tissues and selected organs. In the seminars, we work partly on the microscope, but the students also present current articles that complement the topics of the lecture. The language of instruction is English!

On the Master's degree programme in Molecular Biomedicine, we offer the 3KP module "Journal Club: Epigenetics" (gsw190) in the winter semester. The focus here is on both presenting and epigenetics: On the one hand, there is an introduction to the conception and presentation of a journal club with coordinated feedback to the students, on the other hand, the students gain an overview of the topics in current epigenetic research on the basis of the given main topics and familiarise themselves with modern analysis methods. The language of instruction is English!
