The Department of Anatomy covers the entire spectrum of anatomical teaching (macroscopic and microscopic anatomy, neuroanatomy, embryology and cell biology) at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg. The teaching formats carried out are mainly lectures, interactive seminars, anatomy practical and the histology course. The teaching offers are supported by innovative e-learning platforms such as virtual histology, and virtual dissection room.
