People from the Oldenburg region who are interested in founding a company can get a taste of start-up life for a week at the Entrepreneurship Summer School from 6 to 10 June, which is being offered by the University's Start-up and Innovation Centre (GIZ) together with the Oldenburg Technology and Start-up Centre (TGO). For one week, those interested in founding a company have the opportunity to further develop their business idea with the help of several start-up coaches. To this end, the organisers have invited experts to provide information on start-up-related topics. They will answer questions about taxes and the choice of legal form, deal with the costs of setting up a business and talk about effective marketing and sales measures. Participants will also find out what funding and support is available.
Registration is possible here until 1 June 2016. 6 ECTS can be acquired. Participation costs 40.00 euros.
