Institute council pedagogy

The deadlines for submitting proposals to the Institute Council are regulated in the General Rules of Procedure of the University of Oldenburg.

According to Section 3 (4) (5) of the General Rules of Procedure (4th amendment dated 16 March 2018), draft resolutions and proposals must be submitted at least five (working) days before the invitation is sent out. Proposals that are not submitted by the deadline will be dealt with at the meeting after next.
The invitation is always sent out seven (working) days before the meeting in accordance with Section 3 (3) (4).

    The proposal can be found in the university's administration portal.
    Please remember to enclose a written declaration on the representation arrangements (signed by the representatives) with the application for leave of absence.
