This summer semester you have the opportunity to take part in the "Power BI for Professionals" workshop for the first time. The workshop is offered in cooperation with ETL Commerzial Treuhand Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft from Oldenburg and is aimed at Bachelor's and Master's students of economics who would like to acquire in-depth knowledge of data analysis and visualisation with Microsoft Power BI and apply it directly in practice.

In three hands-on sessions, participants are introduced step by step to working with Power BI. Contents include the preparation of data, the creation of interactive dashboards and the meaningful visualisation of analysis results. In a final project from the context of analysing and auditing annual financial statements, they can directly apply and consolidate what they have learnt. The workshop not only offers an introduction to working with Power BI, but also the opportunity to gain practical experience for their studies and academic appointments.
