Visiting student status is available without any formal entry requirements, such as the Abitur. Those interested can register online from 1 September. They can put together their own personalised study or continuing education programme from over 600 courses covering almost all subjects offered in Oldenburg. Around 500 guest students take advantage of this opportunity every semester to gain an insight into the university’s academic and research topics.
The course catalogue will be available from 1 September in bookshops in Oldenburg city centre or at the C3L – the University’s Centre for Lifelong Learning (Ammerländer Heerstraße 136) for €4.00. It can be sent by post for €5.45.
