NextStep– Future skills for college and career
Ready for the next step?
With NextStep, you will strengthen skills that will support you on your career path and can also be valuable for a possible degree programme.
It focuses on future skills that are becoming increasingly important in your studies and career, for example in dealing with digital developments and artificial intelligence, in collaboration, in self-organisation, in dealing with change and in developing creative solutions.
NextStep offers you guidance in dealing with new learning and study requirements, clarifying your own goals and consciously shaping your next step.
What can you expect?
NextStep offers you practical and flexibly designed learning programmes that can be easily integrated into your everyday life.
One focus is on online-based self-study formats that are provided via the C3LLO learning platform. This allows you to work on content flexibly and at your own pace.
In addition, selected blended learning programmes are planned that combine self-study phases with guided formats.
The specific offers will be developed and published step by step during the project progression. This will enable you to build up new skills step by step and become more confident in dealing with the demands of your academic appointment, further education or studies.
After successfully completing a module, you will receive a certificate that clearly shows the skills and ECTS points you have acquired.
NextStep is a target group-specific project programme for people who want to develop new perspectives for their academic appointments and possible studies.
