Under what conditions can local authorities participate in wind energy projects? What is the legal framework, and how can such participation be implemented in practice? Manfred Eertmoed from ExpertKommunal GmbH will provide an overview of these issues for interested project developers and local authorities. This will be followed by a brief presentation of two further educations offered by the C3L – Centre for Lifelong Learning at the University of Oldenburg: ‘Permit Procedures for the Energy Transition’ and ‘Wind Energy Technology and Management’.
