Organisational management serves as the basis for IT applications from various areas of the university (e.g. Stud.IP). The maintenance and monitoring of the structure is carried out across all levels exclusively by Division 1. Decisions of the Presidential Board form the basis for the technical setup and delimitation or deletion of organisational units in SAP-OM.

The tasks include

• Control and further development of organisational management, taking into account resource management
• Mapping the structural plans in SAP as well as Documenting and implementing decisions made by the Executive Committee that are relevant to the organisation.
• Mapping organisational changes
• Deciding on the granting of individual OM-related SAP authorisations
• Development of improvement proposals for data generation and reporting
• reporting
• Creating positions, taking into account the organisational and job structure, including the necessary entries in SAP
• Advising employees on matters relating to job administration
• Checking and correcting the recorded data using regular reports
