Public and Europe-wide tenders of the University of Oldenburg are published on the e-tendering platform of the State of Lower Saxony.

All tender documents and, where applicable, important bidder information are made available electronically via the platform. The use of the procurement platform (regional and Germany-wide search for tenders, downloading of tender documents, participation in tenders) is free of charge for interested companies/bidders in the Basic Edition after a one-time registration on the connected supra-regional platform Deutsches Vergabeportal (DTVP). To use the portal, participating companies only need an internet-enabled PC with an up-to-date internet browser.

The tender documents are only available via the e-tendering platform; it is no longer possible for the awarding authority to send the documents by post or email. In addition, all communication (questions and responses from bidders, additional information and amendments to the tender documents) between the awarding authority and interested companies/bidders will take place in electronic form via the awarding platform without exception. Bids for tender procedures, on the other hand, must be submitted by the bidders by post only as before and until further notice.
