Excursion London 2016
Excursion London 2016
February 2016: Research-oriented teaching and learning field trip, National Archives London
The aim of this excursion, led by Dr Jessica Cronshagen, is to first develop a research question in the field of global and colonial history in a preparatory session, which will be further developed during the excursion. After an intensive introduction to the collection on site, the students will pursue their own research question independently using the Prize Papers. Students will have the opportunity to examine and, if necessary, photograph documents for their Master's thesis on site.
In the National Archives, the excursion participants will be provided with their own workroom. The work will be supervised by archivists on site.
